The girls at TDM introduced me to these & I am hooked! I was a Crystal Light lover in my former life & now they make these keen little packets that you can add to any bottled water. This is a surefire way to ensure that you drink enough water & it tastes delicious! My favorite is the peach iced tea. I know I sound like a cheesy commercial but you will be just as big a fan once you try it.
